Something like, 'N/A - Cannot locate'

Not necessarily - We may wish to run a report showing hoses we can't locate. It may have ended up on another brigade's appliance after a turnout, for example.

Could you do this in hose tracking, by creating a custom location as Unable to Locate, then you can assign hoses to that location, leaving the hose status fixed with the current 3 states?
