Add that the officer level has the highest admin, and change the vehicle requests to only go to officers, not admin pls

You can already achieve this via a couple of different methods, we are cautious not to enforce specific workflow on units.
You can modify the assignment and notification settings on the vehicle issue type in actions: https://app.stationone.com.au/docs/how-to/actions/action-not…
You can also modify the settings on the inspection template to notify custom groups, individuals or auto assign the issues from that inspection to the same.
Either of these two methods should achieve what you are trying to do, if not let us know.
