The library would be a great place to share Unit or Brigade documents for reference. I would like to be able to attach a PDF as the actual article (similar to BART I guess).

Hi Robyn, You can already embed PDF into library articles, just click the PDF button in the library editor.
The PDF will be rendered in the public library for users to view.
