Allow deeper nesting in inspection template sections
Currently sections are limited to only having 1 level of subsections, it would be useful to have further levels.
Example use case:
Section: Cabin
Sub-section: Front Centre Console
Sub-sub-section: False Alarm Folder
> Inspections for items inside this folder
