Endorsement Issue
When allocating endorsements both external BA and internal BA will not allow if BA operator (electronic) is not previously recognized. Our brigade in particular operate with the classics and as a result do not have the (Electronic) qualification.

This was just a settings change, those endorsements are updated to support either Electronic or Classic BA.
