Enhancements to Key Register

It would be great if we could alos track keys which are allocated to members ( such as station keys). Also be good to be able to track keys which are on appliances. We have certain keys on the appliances for gates, etc around town. If we could have a way of allocating a key to a person or appliance. A key type would be good such as Bi-lock Key, D200, D20 council keys etc.

I've done this through creating a key cabinet. I have an offices room cabinet and a cabinet for each appliance, as well as our actual key safe

Yes, this could be one way I guess, but it does not put all of our keys in the one spot. So I cannot go to the key register and see all keys we are responsible for. This is kind of what we are looking for. We have to report on our Section 29 each year our key register which includes premises keys, keys in vehicles and those allocated to personnel. So would be great to have it all in one spot.

You can allocate keys to a member using the PPC Allocation Feature, register the keys into the PPC Register and allocate them to a member the same as a pager or other items. For trucks, you would just make a new key cabinet to represent each vehicle and add the keys that exist within that vehicle for reference.
