Hydrant inspection settings options and action link
Can we add our own radio button options and an optional note field for custom setting types? Would cater for examples like 1. Hydrant type: Milcock; L-Type; Ground Ball. 2. Connection type: Screw thread - (3 thread; 5 thread). Would also be useful to raise a custom action from within the inspection - E.g., Contact water authority for repair.

The problem with raising actions is that if a general hydrant inspection is done and crews inspect 20-30 hydrants in a run and half fail, thats 15 actions for individual hydrants which is probably going to make people un happy. The hydrant data/type is lifted directly from the database, but we could potentially add some additional fields, I am just unclear on how you are proposing this would work.
