Implement Authentication for Station Portal
Remove the current member validation system and replace with authenticated user accounts for Station Portal users, restricting access to the admin console.
This feature also aligns to support push notifications in the native app for general brigade members including duty crew and task reminders.

Was almost about to create a duplicate request for this. At our station we want to give members an easy-to-use page to bookmark / save on their phones and the public portal is just that. However we aren't happy with the public nature of it and no forced authentication, even when behind a PIN. Another option would be a clone of the public portal page as a tab on the main application similar to Dashboard or Brigade
