Induction step triggers/workflows

Each step of the induction could have a trigger for when it is ready to be done. Either request immediately on member creation, request after previous step is complete or request when a particular step is complete (allowing multiple steps to activate off one completion). Example would be that some tasks like allocating access codes/fobs isn’t needed until an induction session has been ran etc.
