Members Bulk Edit for other resources

I really like the current flow for bulk-editing members. One flow with an option to export as csv, import an updated csv and a preview for all changes per record. Perhaps this could be added to other resources with csv imports & exports? Examples are qualifications, endorsements, equipment etc.Being able to specify (or default to) updating existing records would also be nice, a use case I have: I messed up bulk editing qualifications due to excel's AutoFill inserting dates decades into the future which I didn't realise - now the only way to amend these dates is to do it manually
