QR Code For action Items
Is it possible to create a QR code for action items, this will enable quick and easy reporting items etc

Jeremy WestThe QR code would be used as a quick access to the action tab. This can then be accessed by members who aren’t using the app or aren’t part of the brigade. This would be for someone external to be able to make a report.

Denis Vrabcek I think the Station Portal interface would serve this purpose, this allows brigade members who do not have an account to login, or anyone who scans the QR Code the ability to conduct inspections or raise issues. We have the QR Code in our trucks and am aware it was scanned while our truck was away on ST and people from outside our brigade conducted an inspection on the truck using our inspection template to familiarise themselves with the vehicle. I have enabled and sent you a link to your brigades station portal, please have a look and see if this would be sufficient.
Can you provide more context on how you expect this would be used? Brigade Members should have access to the Station Portal (public brigade page) which can be saved to the home screen of their devices, this has a report issues button that creates actions in the system.
