Training Groups Feature
During training, we split members up into groups A, B, C and D (Skills Acquisition) and note that training they did. An idea or feature would be the ability to group attending members into groups, both pre and post training so we can see what training they perhaps completed or attended, especially for things like Pre-summer Refresher we have multiple things running at the night.
