Training Needs Report
Would be extremely useful both for suggesting regional run courses to members and potentially scheduling in house run courses to be able to generate a report based on members development pathways that lists by qualification which members have this on their development plan - ie under "Qualification One" it would list Members X, Y and Z and the target dates from their respective individual plans.
